We were engaged to undertake a feasibility study for some warehouses on this geometrically challenging site. In firstly addressing how vehicle and refuse truck circulation worked, we then were able to maximise the site’s cover with nine units.

By utilising recessed entries, we were able to forego standard footpath arrangements and add the space back as extra lettable area.
