Street presence
We collaborated with our client and their real estate agent to design this warehouse project in Oxley. The brief required no more than two unit types, each 100–200 m² with a mezzanine, and premium exposure along the main road (left of plan).
Efficient layout
To address this, along with car parking, landscaping, recreational space and waste areas, we proposed three separate buildings. This improved circulation and broke up the overall mass. Significant retaining was required along the road frontage, resolved with a rock wall and layered planting. Car parks were positioned to set the buildings back, giving the built form greater presence behind these elements.
