We were engaged to redesign a 20m² apartment in Petrie Terrace, focusing on improving functionality within a tight footprint. The reworked kitchen layout accommodates a full suite of appliances, increased bench space, and generous storage, improving usability without expanding the envelope.
Refreshed
In the living space, a double bed replaces a bunk arrangement, while a reoriented lounge and full-height storage wall increase flexibility. A central joinery element separates bed and lounge zones, creating subtle division without compromising openness. This design exemplifies our approach to high-function, small-footprint living.
