Echo was engaged to take over the Regal Twin Cinema redevelopment following initial design works completed by another practice. Our role was to refine the concept, resolve key access and planning challenges, and document the project for construction.
Boutique cinemas
The brief was to transform an existing two-cinema venue into a four-cinema experience, offering a more premium, boutique-style environment in line with modern Gold Class expectations, all while minimising demolition and working within the building’s existing structure.
