When should I involve an architect?
As early as possible. We can help assess feasibility, unlock site potential, avoid costly design errors and provide structure to the entire process. The earlier we’re involved, the more value we can add.
Can you help us stay on budget?
Yes. Our design process is grounded in cost-awareness. We can work with cost estimators, help align the brief to the budget early, and adjust design elements to meet your financial goals.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the size and approvals involved. A small fitout might be a few months; a new commercial build could span 12–18 months. We’ll give you a tailored timeline during the early stages. Our close partnerships with Structural/ Civil engineers, along with our nimble and highly skilled team, help us exceed competitor timeframes
Do you provide interior design too?
We offer architectural interior design for most projects – particularly where a holistic design is a priority. We can also work alongside your designer or make recommendations.
Can you work with my builder or design team?
Yes, we’re flexible. If you already have a builder, interior designer or engineer in mind, we’re happy to collaborate. We can also take the lead in bringing together all disciplines.
Do you work on both commercial and residential projects?
Absolutely. We can design hospitality venues, offices, industrial developments, multi-residential developments, and select high-end homes. We’re always open bespoke opportunities. The common thread is well-executed, thoughtful architecture, no matter the scale.
Can you recommend builders or engineers?
Yes. We regularly work with trusted builders, engineers, certifiers and consultants. If you’d like us to assemble and coordinate the team, we can do that too.
How much do architectural services cost?
Our fees are typically based on scope, complexity and project size. We offer both fixed fee packages and hourly rates for smaller works or ongoing involvement. We’re happy to give you a tailored proposal after a quick briefing.
Will I work directly with a registered architect?
Yes. Every project has a registered architect involved – and you’ll work directly with one of our directors.
Do you outsource drawings overseas?
No. All our work is done in-house or with our trusted local collaborators. That’s how we ensure quality, clarity and fast turnaround when needed.
Can you take over from another architect?
Sometimes, yes. If a project has stalled or changed direction, we can assess what’s been done and take it forward – but we’ll need to review the existing material first.
Can you work with BIM or Revit?
Yes – our documentation is Revit-based. We can export to DWG, PDF and other formats. This streamlines coordination with engineers and builders.
What locations do you work in?
We’re based in Brisbane and work across Queensland and beyond. If the project is a good fit, location is rarely an issue.
How do you work efficiently and keep projects moving?
We integrate AI tools, Revit workflows and advanced Excel tracking to move faster and reduce errors – especially during approvals and documentation.
